Monetary Donations
CCHS is a private, nonprofit organization that exists primarily on donated funds. All contributions are tax-deductible.
Monetary donations can be mailed to the Animal Shelter, N7768 Industrial Road, Portage, WI 53901.
NOTE: If the donation is being made in honor of someone else, please provide that person's name and address as well as your own.

Memberships
CCHS yearly memberships are due January 1. CCHS depends on citizen contributions to maintain the high standard of care for the shelter animals and to continue our special community programs. Without you, there'd be no Humane Society.

CAT CAGE FUND!
The new cages will allow us to house more cats and will have solid dividers between the cages to prevent the spread of disease.

KENNEL GATE SPONSORSHIP PROGRAM
If you own a business, this is an excellent opportunity to help out the animals and advertise your business. This is also a wonderful way to sponsor a gate in memory of a loved one. The sponsored gate bears a plaque on it designating the sponsor.
There are 20 dog kennel gates that each have high exposure to the public and a sponsorship fee of $250 for one year. There are also 8 cat cages who have high exposure to the public and a sponsorship fee of $150 for one year. This includes the plaque, displaying three lines of text, that will be prominently displayed on the gate and visible to the public.

Animal Sponsorship
Do you want to help but you can not care for a pet at this time? You still can by sponsoring a cat or dog. Your donation will allow you to be a sponsor of the cat or dog of your choice. Sponsorships remain until your sponsored pet is adopted.
Sponsorship Types
Full Sponsorship- Current adoption fee for animals(sole sponsor)-sign attached to pets cage & website waiving adoption fee to adopters and recognition of sponsor. Click on the animals description to see the adoption fee and enter that amount for your donation.Pals of Pets Sponsor - For amounts $20 or larger a sign will be added to animal's cage & website recognizing the sponsorship of the pet. Other sponsors can be added to sponsor amount, once that reaches the adoption fee, the fee is waived to adopters.
You can either send your payment to the shelter or pay online with your credit card. Add this item to your shopping cart if you want to help.

Pick'n Save Advantage We Care Program
Pick'n Save customers who use their Advantage Plus Savers Club card can automatically help CCHS. You can find forms at your local Pick'n Save store. Ask for them at the service counter and turn in your completed form designating CCHS as your favorite charity by using our charity code: 123200.
Every time you use your card while purchasing products at Pick'n Save stores in Portage or Columbus CCHS will be eligible to receive a cash rebate. The amount of the rebate will be a percentage of the total amount of your purchase. The more people shop and use the code 123200, the larger percentage of the total We Care contribution CCHS will receive.
Last year CCHS was the top charity in the We Care program.
Kwik Trip Rewards Program
Organizations such as ours, need financial resources to help achieve our goals. Kwik Trip, Inc. is proud to assist us in these efforts with the Kwik Trip Rewards Program. On behalf of Kwik Trip Inc. and the many dedicated Kwik Trip Card holders who have designated the Columbia County Humane Society, we are receiving a quarterly check as a result of this fine program. This represents Kwik Trip's commitment to the communities and organizations they serve.
